This nesting grill basket set gives you two ways to approach BBQ cooking. Use the shallow basket for fish fillets and other flatter foods, and choose the deep basket for vegetables, shrimp, chicken pieces, or larger ingredients. Match the food to the basket depth and mesh opening, and avoid overfilling.
The solid-wood handle is designed for quick attachment and release. Position the basket with the handle connection point facing up for easier attachment and removal, connect the handle when you need to lift or turn the basket, and detach it for cleaning or nesting storage.
Both basket bodies are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel for direct food contact. Once the baskets have cooled and the wooden handle has been removed, the stainless-steel baskets can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Handle, Usage & Care Tips
- Place the handle connection point facing up before attaching or removing the quick-release handle.
- Confirm that the handle is fully locked and the basket is securely closed before lifting or flipping.
- Keep your hand and fingers clear of the release button while lifting or turning so the handle is not released accidentally.
- Keep the wooden handle away from flames and high heat. Use heat-resistant grilling gloves when handling hot metal.
- If the clasp feels tight after cooking, allow the basket to cool before opening it carefully.
- Lightly oil the basket or food before grilling if desired, and soak stubborn residue before washing.
- After cooling, remove the wooden handle and place only the stainless-steel baskets in the dishwasher. Clean and dry all parts before nesting for storage.

LOVE THESE BASKETS! Handle attaches/detaches easily. Baskets open & close easily. I had a cheaper set in my cart, but after reading reviews, decided on these. They’re worth every penny!
easy to take handle on and off BUT only when it is handle side up. When handle side down it requires some management to get it to an angle that you can put it back on. Still its a great design that can take handle on and off and I like this one has a guide pin and 2 locking pins makes for an easy on/off and very stable on the rotation flipping. The open / close is just like a spring action; no issues with that- hoping it holds up over time. Ability to take on/off the handle is the best feature!
